Ducks to make deadline moves?
The OC Register is reporting that Brian Burks is not a big trade deadline guy but with that being said “the fact that we’ve lost six in a row, there is temptation to panic.”
Apparently the Sucks are going to wait to see what happens as their players return from in jury and Teemu Selanne return to form. The players that are presently out of the lineup with injuries include Mathieu Schneider and Sammy Pahlsson. It is mentioned that the Ducks have two top assets that could be used to make a deal at the deadline if needed. The two assets include Bobby Ryan and the first round pick that the Ducks received as compensation from the Oilers this past offseason.

The only reason the Mighty Ducks won the cup last year is because the bookies in the Greater L.A. area wanted it that way. Marcellis Wallace had a lot of loot riding on a Ducks championship.
