 Bure96 writes "Canucks made a nice upgrade to their 3rd line today by signing Raffi Torres to a 1 year, 1 million dollar deal. It also was a nnounced a few days ago Alex Burrows would miss the first month of the season, after he was put on IR.
I love this Torres signing. Were talking about a guy, who when on his game is can be impact player. Talented player for sure. Adding another 16 - 20 goals for only 1 million is huge.
Seems Bieksa is staying too - at least until Sami Salo is back.

Alain Vigneault should have his hands full as well but at that price, deportation to Winnipeg is a phone call away. At least, Shane O'Brien now has someone to hold his murse at the rippers. |
