Could the Islanders trade Comeau?

Nabokov as trade bait?

In a move that is getting popular with NHL general managers, goaltender Evgeni Nabokov was claimed off waivers by the New York Islanders on Saturday after signing with the Detroit Red Wings on Thursday.
Could Islanders claim Leighton?
Heading into last night’s action, less than 8 hours into Michael Leighton’s brief purgatory on the NHL’s waiver wire for the fifth time in his career, it looked like Leighton would end today unclaimed with the Flyers sending him to Adirondack for some long-term seasoning.
ISLANDERS SEND ROLOSON TO LIGHTNING FOR WISHART
The Tampa Bay Lightning acquired 41-year-old goalie Dwayne Roloson from the New York Islanders shortly after beating the New York Rangers on Saturday night.
The Lightning, who earned a 2-1 overtime win on Saturday, sent minor league defenceman Ty Wishart to the Islanders.
